She has trained numerous instructors through out the years for her own surf school as well as training instructors for other surf schools. She is CPR/First Aid certified and has participated over the years in several water safety courses including the highly acclaimed K-38 Rescue training program taught by Shawn Alladio, director of rescue for some of the most prestigious big wave surfing events.

WITH JUST ONE LESSON YOU WILL BE EMPOWERED WITH ENOUGH INFORMATION TO CONTINUE LEARNING HOW TO SURF ON YOUR OWN!

With over 45 years in the ocean, 30 years of surfing and 18 years of instructing Kim shares her expertise in how to read the waves, understand your equipment and know how and why you use your board and body dynamics for the best results.

This is excellent for all ages and levels of surfing where you are taught how to coach yourself. Kim has an innate ability to observe your surfing techniques and relate the information to you in an easy to understand manner that can be applied instantly.

A WORD FROM KIM: I have been surfing for over 25 years and have more of a passion for surfing then ever. I love to share this experience with others and truly enjoy teaching. I think I get more excited when one of my students rides their first wave then they do. I have traveled extensively and taught people to surf all around the world. My purpose in life is to motivate others to always do their best and live their dreams. I believe in life skills through surfing and show my students visualization and goal setting techniques to accomplish any goal they may have. My goal is to educate my students so that they will be more knowledgeable in the overall aspects of surfing and respect for the ocean.
